TO QUALIFY
• To earn Environment Guardian Reward Points/Stamps, you must download the app “eGuardian” from the Apple Appstore or Google Play store.
• Upon joining participants would be assigned with a unique barcode. This barcode must be used before depositing cans/plastic bottles, else no points/stamps would be earned/credited to user. in respect of that deposit.
• Membership of the environment guardian Rewards Program is not transferable.
EARNING POINTS
• DC Admin Department may in its discretion and at any time change the number of Stamps which may be earned or the number of Reward Points/Stamps required to earn a reward redemption.
• To view the current allocation of Reward Points/Stamps please log into your Account.
• Points/Stamps may be earned in any one or more of the following ways: All bottles and cans must contain barcode without which the system would not recognize or accept plastic/cans.
o 300ml Plastic Bottle Deposit = 1 stamp
o 500ml and above plastic bottle Deposit = 2 Stamps
o Aluminium Cans Deposit = 2 stamps
REDEEMING YOUR REWARD STAMPS:
• Reward Points/Stamps may only be redeemed via app at DC Headquarters in exchange for surprise gifts as lucky draw.
• To enter the draw, redeem Points/Stamps are as per the eligibility criteria.
o 1st Place - o 2nd Place - o 3rd Place - • This list of redemption points/stamps or gifts is subject to change from time to time without notice.
• The whole or part of the Reward Points/Stamps may not be redeemed for cash nor may Stamps be transferred or purchased.
• A minimum number of Reward Stamps is required before redeeming /entering the draw. Balance Stamps would be carried forward.
• You may redeem your Reward Stamps by clicking the ''Redeem stamps" button which will appear on your account once you have earned sufficient Reward Points.
• Once you have redeemed your reward, you will be emailed a booking confirmation that will include notification of this.
EXPIRY
• Reward points/stamps not redeemed within 12 months will automatically expire.
• If you cancel a redemption booking, Points/Stamps will not instantly be allocated back to your account, you will need to contact us if you wish to have unused Stamps credited.
